Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on February 24, 2023 found that Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on January 10, 2023.
